At Farmdrop, I oversaw the creative execution of digital touchpoints, spanning social ads and content, email design and online assets - to ensure a consistent, engaging brand presence throughout the customer journey.
Positioned as a ‘new kind of supermarket’, it was crucial that our digital experience felt both intuitive and inviting. I led the design of several key email campaigns, including the welcome journey and the personalised ‘Your Year in Review’ email, crafted to reinforce customer loyalty and make shoppers feel genuinely good about their choices.
